Phoebe O’Brien was inspired to pursue the service industry after watching Amélie as a child. This led to working at Chipotle as a teen and—high on $5.17 in tips, the first money that did not belong to parents—drinking copious amounts of Crystal Light. Upon becoming an actual hostess, server, and bartender, Phoebe has learned that clogs are imperative, people are revolving doors of charm and wrath, money is fickle, and the fries that get pushed into the tiny gap in the baseboards of the restaurant are never to be seen again. Currently located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
