Ben Ross’s foray into the culinary arts began at the age of 8 when he poured Coca-Cola on his cheese pizza at a birthday party at Wheels in Motion. While double majoring in English and Creative Writing at the University of Illinois, he spent time as a line cook and kitchen manager before moving to Astoria, Queens, in 2012. Recently he has started his own fusion concept called Globurrito. Along the way, Ben has worked as a dishwasher, pizza-delivery driver, chef, slime-tender, bar manager, census worker, freelance closed captioner, and avid killer of Ganon.
