THE TENTH ISSUE

Stuart Watson

STUART WATSON

Stuart Watson worked as a newspaper journalist for thirty years. He finished his mercenary life by helping his wife start and run two restaurants. He served customers, mixed drinks, and cleaned the grease trap. Ninety-eight percent of his customers were wonderful people. He still wants to kill the other 2 percent. Since selling the last restaurant, he has returned to his first writerly love -- poetry and fiction. Watson’s work is in more than two dozen publications, including Yolk, Barzakh, Two Hawks Quarterly, Revolution John, Montana Mouthful, Flash Boulevard, Bending Genres and others. He lives with his more talented wife and their amazing dog on the Columbia River in Oregon.
