Nat Charles

Nat Charles works at Working Well Trust, a mental health charity that helps people with mental health issues to find employment that promotes their personal recoveries. Before that he was a kitchen porter and chef de partie at a pub at the foot of the South Downs in England. And before that he was a theology graduate. Life has its turns. On the occasional straight bit he tries to write prose and poetry. Now living in London, the South Downs is still where his heart is, and he regularly visits to see family, forage, and cook.
