Mark Allen

Mark Allen is a graduate of the High School of Music and Art (NYC), Hobart College ( BA Fine Arts), and a member of the Art Students League . After college, he went on to the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) applying his abilities to recipes and food presentation but never giving up his passion to draw and paint. After over 35 years in the food service industry he retired and now focuses on art full time. Since then, he have exhibited at galleries nationally and his paintings are part of private collections throughout the country as well as being published in art anthologies, publications and virtual exhibits.
