Cherry Koch

Cherry Koch is a painter and installation artist based in Duluth, Minnesota. A 2020 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Superior, Cherry has developed a signature style. Lush colors and playful props convey a cheerful exuberance, but the oil portraits are are also suffused with melancholy. Growing up in a family run restaurant, deli paper and diner scenes are a commonplace within Cherry’s artworks. Cherry is a server and bartender at Corktown Deli in Duluth.
